Cliff Weiss earned his undergraduate degree and his law degree from Emory University, where he received numerous awards and honors. Cliff has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Emory University School of Law, teaching courses in Wage & Hour Law, Trial Techniques, and Legal Research, Writing and Appellate Advocacy, and he served twenty-eight years as Chief Counsel for Emory University Student Legal Services. He was appointed by three different Governors to serve as State Administrative Hearing Officer for the Georgia Department of Community Health and for the Georgia State Health Planning Agency.

Cliff practices in all areas of employment law, corporate transactions, and business litigation. Most of Cliff's career was spent defending companies/employers in employment discrimination cases, but in recent years he has used that knowledge and experience to successfully represent employees in employment discrimination cases.

Managing principal of the Atlanta office of Fox and Weiss, P.A. Responsible for all aspects of management, organization, client development, finance, and strategic planning. Focuses law practice in the areas of employment law and litigation. Provides legal advice, planning and defense to both publicly traded and private companies, as well as insurance carriers and TPA’s.

ZADOK PUBLISHING, LLC, General Counsel, 2012-2014 (Part-time)

Managed all legal and business operations of company that published weekly community newspapers, quarterly magazines, and books. Handled all budgetary and strategic planning. Supervised personnel. Revised the newspaper and its business model. Drafted articles on business, law, politics, and entertainment, as well as edited submissions to the paper.

Supervised, and instructed a staff of forty law students, in a clinical “legal aid” program, to provide free legal services to students, faculty, and employees of Emory University on Thursday evenings.
